Helpdesk Services
We provide a telephone helpdesk. Users with issues can contact us and speak to a support engineer to resolve issues over the phone or if applicable remotely too.
Installation & Relocation
If you have requirements to increase the system sizes by adding more storage space (e.g. extra rows), or install completely new systems, we can offer full installation, set up and training services
Site Visits
There are times when issues cannot be resolved over the phone. These require us to visit site and fix the issue.
Hardware Assessment & Audit
We offer a hardware assessment. Included in this is a full report, like an vehicle MOT with recommendations and advisory notes. We can also offer a full audit of your system, this includes usage statistics along with recommendations to help improve usage.
Hardware & Maintenance Visits
We have your key cabinet covered. We can fix issues with your cabinets on site. Our engineers all have vast experience of supporting electronic key systems. We will visit site and carry out maintenance checks and service your hardware twice a year.
Customer Account Visits
To us, it is very important that you get value for money. We offer customer visits (on-site or via video call whichever is your preference) to make sure you are happy with your service and run through any issues you may have experienced
Infrastructure Support
Part of our service is helping with infrastructure. This can encompass things like Server moves. Most of this work is done remotely, but we can arrange to be on site if required.
Weekly Drop In’s
Each week we hold open drop in sessions. These are open video calls that anyone can join. We offer two styles, “Help” & “How To”. With “Help” we offer support and advise and “How to” is training.
